Prajñādhara is a division of Snehadhara Foundation that looks at learning and practice for all.
Prajñādhara offers:

  1. A certificate course in Arts Based Therapy (ABT)
  2. “Study of the Mind”, which takes eastern philosophical mind traditions and makes these unique traditions and sciences accessible to people from all walks of life through workshops, talks, dialogue and so on.

Ven. AniLa Pema is visiting different cities in India from early March until around end of April, kindly offering her time for teachings to people of Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune. Prajnadhara welcomes Ven. AniLa Pema and rejoices in her visit, teachings and presence.

Pema Karen Schaefer’s teachings on the 10th March will take us on a journey of self-reflection, contemplation and interactive sharing.

About the Teacher:

Ven. Pema (Karen Schaefer) has been a Buddhist monastic for 16 years, ordained and trained in Bhutan and Taiwan. After being qualified in Transpersonal Psychology from California, she practiced as a counsellor and human resource trainer in major corporations in the US and Australia. Her teachings emphasize on an integration of physical, psychological and spiritual well-being practices and inspire others to seek a holistic approach to their personal practice and work.
