The internships allow for an experience of the organisation’s real-time operations across all programmes that the foundation is involved with for the year. It is an opportunity to develop skills necessary for a particular field/interest of work/passion. Interns are engaged with direct beneficiary work with our various projects, and also engage with research, documentation, fundraising, content creation and social media endevours based on their skillset and areas of interest. So we generally invite interns who are able to give a consistent amount of time and effort to the organization and its operations. Internships are offered to identify talent and build and nourish relationships with the ecosystem.
