Christmas is the season of loving, giving and sharing joy with others. Blending the spirit of Christmas into this month’s ‘Houseful,’ we are delighted to welcome ACTS Harmony, the choir of the ACTS Secondary School, into our Centre. What could be better than children singing carols for children at Christmas? This choir brings us much more than the beautiful music they’ve been trained to share. They’re bringing us the spirit of inclusiveness, caring and the invaluable gift of presence.
Trained by accomplished, young musicians, the Choir comprises of 20-25 talented singers, supported by Abhishek P on the guitar, Freddy on the Keyboard and Keerti, the little drummer girl. They’ve been performing for the last seven years at prominent music events in Bangalore. Their soulful and happy tunes have been enjoyed at Magnificat – the annual choir extravaganza at Christ University and Shine – the fund-raising concert for underprivileged children.
