Refund Policy

Reservation and Cancellation:

• To secure your seat at the “Echoes of Unity: Indo-Afro Rhythms Workshop,” a full payment of the workshop fees and selected accommodation option is required upon registration.
• Given the limited availability of seats (40 in total), early reservation is recommended to ensure participation in this enriching experience. 
• Participants can cancel their registration by notifying the organizers via email.

Refund Eligibility:

• 100% refund will be provided for cancellations made on or before 25th April.
• For cancellations made after 25th April but before the commencement of the workshop, a 50% refund of the total workshop fees and accommodation cost will be issued.

Refund Process:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the workshop organizers.
• The refund amount will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the workshop has commenced.
• Participants who fail to attend the workshop without prior notification will not be eligible for any refund.
• Accommodation fees are non-refundable once the workshop has begun, regardless of the cancellation date.

Transferability:

• Workshop registrations are transferable to another eligible participant upon approval from the organizers.
• Any changes in registration details, including participant substitution, must be communicated to the organizers in advance.

Force Majeure:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations), the organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the workshop without liability.
• In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided as appropriate.
