The Quiet Uprising: Baithak at Snehadhara Campus

At Snehadhara Foundation, our work has always been guided by the belief that care is a shared journey — one that nurtures not only the child or adult receiving care, but also those who give it. Over the years, we have walked alongside families, educators, and caregivers, creating spaces where art, empathy, and inclusion come together to offer understanding, connection, and respite.

In this spirit, we invite you to be part of The Quiet Uprising: Circles of Care, Story, and Stillness — a series of “Baithaks” that reimagine rest as resistance and care as community culture. These gatherings are not workshops or discussions, but gentle spaces of pause where caregivers can simply arrive, exhale, and be held in shared stillness.

Each Baithak offers moments of art, story, and sensory reflection — opportunities to sit together, listen, and find replenishment through companionship and creativity.
